She was previously Head of Capital Markets & Equity Sales at Union Bancaire Privée, Geneva and a derivatives trader at UBP. She started her career at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Structured Products division.

Joel McDonald is an experienced legal professional specializing in risk management and corporate law. As Director of Risk Management & Legal Affairs at Bcbaoni Finance and Investment Inc., he oversees legal strategies for early-stage investments and venture opportunities. Previously, Joel was a senior legal advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, providing counsel on financial transactions and regulatory matters. He holds a JD from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s from Babson College. Joel works closely with top incubators like Combinator, Techstars, and Seedcamp, advising startups on legal issues.
Leeroy Uchi

Leeroy is a Director and leads Bcbaoni Finance and Investment Inc’s investment activities and is Chair of their Investment Committee. He has years’ experience in raising capital, equity offerings, and investment grade and high yield debt Placements, as well as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Bcbaoni Finance and Investment Inc, he was a Director at CI Capital, a subsidiary of Commercial International Bank, Egypt. Peter started his career at Salomon Smith Barney before joining Dawson Herman Capital Management – a $3.5 billion

Birton has over 20 years of experience ranging across corporate finance and accounting and industrial business management, including operations, portfolio construction and global transactions. Matis joined Bcbaoni Finance and Investment Incto provide his wealth of knowledge in International Asset Investment Services and solutions to our high net worth individuals and institutions. Prior to Bcbaoni Finance and Investment Inc, Matis was a senior Commercial Officer at HSBC Investments, overseeing their global finance leasing business.
